Mr. Patrick Banda – PB: Co-Founder
Patrick Banda – PB is a visionary leader with over a decade of invaluable experience in integrated talent and operations management. He has a proven track record of success in consulting, leading, guiding, and overseeing multifaceted talent management and operations programs across diverse sectors, including health informatics , scientific research, WASH, aviation, and mining.
A seasoned professional and highly skilled talent and leadership expert, Patrick is committed to driving transformative change within organizations. He is passionate about helping companies achieve their strategic objectives through innovative talent , operations, and leadership strategies.
Patrick holds a Master of Science Degree from the Graduate School of Business – University of Zambia, a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Greenwich University, a certificate in Managing Managers for Results from Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) – University of Pretoria and is a certified talent practitioner and
a full member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
Mr. Hillary Mulenga : Co-Founder

As a strategic thinker, Hillary possesses a profound understanding of human resource management principles. His unwavering commitment lies in assisting organizations in achieving their talent management goals and unlocking the full potential of their workforce.
Hillary holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management, both earned from The Copperbelt University. He is a distinguished full member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
