Turning Employee Voice into Organisational Insight

Last month, SHEP Consultants Limited successfully concluded an important Staff Engagement Survey assignment for the Zambia Civil Aviation Authority (ZCAA), culminating in the presentation of key findings and strategic insights to the Authority’s Senior Leadership, led by the Director General.

The highly interactive session went beyond presenting survey scores. It created an opportunity to reflect on what employees are saying, what the findings mean for the organisation, and how these insights can inform stronger people practices and strategy execution.

We sincerely thank the Zambia Civil Aviation Authority (ZCAA) for entrusting SHEP with this important assignment and for creating an opportunity for employees’ voices to be heard.
